HOME SELLERS - Selling homes requires an ongoing commitment to Service and Support which begins with Continuous Communications. Add to that an Aggressive Marketing Program that is targeted at both potential Buyers and area real estate agents (and their Buyers). Once you view the depth and variety of our Marketing Tools you'll begin to understand why we consistently sell nearly 100% of our Client's homes - Nearly double the Metro Atlanta average!

Our goal is to provide you, our Client, with outstanding Service to enhance your real estate experience. To that end, we continually analyze market trends and market statistics to better advise our Clients regarding their real estate investments. On a monthly basis we publish a Real Estate Report for current and past Clients, which is frequently quoted in the Atlanta Journal Constitution and other publications.

Taking advantage of our IT (Information Technology) backgrounds, we have developed a number of automated Systems and Tools designed to better serve our Clients. One small example for Sellers is our emailed Feedback Report detailing the Comments / Feedback obtained from agents and buyers after each property showing! An example for Buyers is our Automated Buyers System, which provides Buyers with immediate email notifications of each new property matching their specified requirements!

HOME BUYERS - Amazingly, over 90% of our Clients select the home they will purchase within 2 or 3 house hunting sessions. Maybe that's because we really listen... Our process always begins with a Buyers Requirements meeting designed to help us understand Your objectives. At the same time we can bring you up to speed regarding Current Market Activity and Conditions. Understanding the road map in advance makes the process more productive and enjoyable.

EXPERIENCE

In a recent newspaper interview Kramer summed up his experience with Three highlights: 1) MULTI-Million Dollar Producer Since 1992, 2) Served 500+ Families, and 3) Top 1% to 2% Nationally! Thinking back about his start in Real Estate, Kramer chuckled as he described how he almost quit in his first year; I became Licensed in January 1991 and by October I was ready to quit he said. My Broker kept telling me to stick with it and fortunately I did because suddenly everything clicked.

INTERESTS

Tennis anyone? Tal & Jeanette, along with their children Aaron and Eve, are Tennis enthusiasts. All of us are on year round ALTA and USTA tennis teams and play as often as we can. Golf too! Tal is an avid golfer and well versed with most of Atlanta's golfing facilities and golf club communities.
